Here is a little bit about me:

I love creating.  Sewing is my first love.  Interior design is a very close second.  In fact, usually I use them together 🙂

I have a wonderful husband and three adorable boys.

I love hockey, cats, dark chocolate, and any book with a sappy love story.

I have a passion for natural health and fitness.  I have a BA in community health from Bethel University.
